Carole is Yorkshire born and bred, but has spent a large part of her life in the Far East and is married to a Chinese native and speaks some Mandarin and Cantonese. Feng Shui is the art of arranging your home using centuries-old techniques from China to attract positive energy and draw into your life all that you need. It works on a practical level, but can also help to create a haven of spiritual harmony.

Feng Shui can be very complicated and in China and the Far East, Masters in the art would be employed. Carole has always been a practical woman and realised that some of the techniques traditionally used can be simplified without losing their essence. It is not always easy to move if you don't have a hill in the right place ...

In this section you can find some simple things to try in various parts of your home that will not require you to use compasses ... or move house. As time goes by, Carole and I will try to add to the section, so that you can continue to draw more positive energy into your life. Feng Shui seems to be at home with Western spiritual techniques, so you don't have to give up your normal practices to try it.

We're going to start the section with some 'try it straight away' sections - and then hopefully expand on what has already been covered. However, anything that can be taught on this site will only be the tip of the iceberg - even the 'Corners' that we cover will only be a taster.
