Celtic Tree Month of Ivy starts(00:00 - September 30th, 2012)Ivy is connected to Jupiter, Osiris, Dionysus and Saturn; but like the vine, they are also connected with the Goddess in all her forms as the leaves have five points.
Ivy is also linked with the resurrection and is used in magickal spells for transformation and rebirth. It's use can bring about the surfacing of emotions which have been lying deep within the subconscious, so it can be difficult to work with, but ultimately very cleansing.
