Mercury turns Retrograde (20:59 - August 20th, 2010)

It's time (again) to keep your car in the garage, turn off the computer and don't answer the 'phone! When Mercury turns retrograde (the planet appears to go backwards in the sky because of the way it orbits), then all types of communication are invariably affected. I'm not an astrologer, but I can assure you it is best to pay attention to what Mercury is doing, because when he is retrograde he will cause havoc. Mercury (the God) is not known as The Trickster for nothing!

Try not to sign any legal papers while he is in retrograde; make sure you've serviced your car (or at least topped up the water; checked the tyre pressures and monitored the oil); and avoid travel. Your PC may not be its usual self either.
