Calendar

The Equirria is a festival of the Roman God Mars, the god of war. Rites to the god were popular as they were believed to help support the army and priest would actually purify the army in Mars' name. There were also horse races held and much celebration. This is a good day to perform any rite to Mars, but be aware that although he may offer virility and courage, he is also a lover of aggression and bloodshed!
